Vegan Chick’n and Waffles
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups unsweetened soy or coconut milk, or any vegan milk
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
2 cups all-purpose flour, (240g)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar or maple syrup
1/4 cup melted coconut oil or melted vegan butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Pre heat oven to 400f bake tenders for 16-18 minutes and set aside, Separate the dry & wet ingredients. Whisk the dry together and slowly incorporate the wet until smooth. Preheat your waffle iron or grease your favorite non-stick pan & make them like pancakes if need be.
